Women empowering women is more than our slogan, it's our mission. When the fantastic gifts, talents and skills of women are united, we have a powerful influence on our lives, families, communities, businesses and beyond.

Our purpose is three-fold:

Encourage our members in their professional and personal lives

Educate all women, young and old, about the opportunitities in our communities

Empower our members to achieve the best of their abilities.

Our Mission Statement is...

To provide an environment in which professional women will be educated, encouraged and empowered. The organization will provide a structured mentoring program to facilitate career excellence and a scholarship fund to support deserving women returning to school. It is the desire of the Professional Women of Williamson County to be the premier pathway to the next level of success for women in Central Texas.

We pride ourselves on... 

Supporting each other and our communities. We have several different committees designed to benefit our members and our communities in a number of ways. We strive to provide our members with information about ourselves, each other and our communities. We also involve ourselves in our communities, from partnering with local non-profits to provide for women less fortunate than ourselves to supporting member events. Our goal is to empower, educate and encourage each other as professional women.

In Williamson and Travis County as members. Our members represent every field and area of business, including financial, governmental, real estate, non-profit, and many, many more! All we ask is that each member have a desire to support other professional women in our area and a passion to share with others.
