All PWoW members are encouraged to share news, events, happenings, etc...with PWoW through our website and emails. If you would like your event information sent to PWoW members via email and/or publicized on our website on the calendar, please send your event information to Naomi Walker for board approval at least seven days in advance.
Big News! PWoW is holding a membership drive from now until April 2009. Anyone who refers two new paid members will be entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card. For every two new members you refer, you will get an entry into the drawing.
The deadline is April 1, 2009. The winner will be selected at the April 2009 PWoW meeting.

Carol Eckelkamp was named the Round Rock Chamber of Commerce Member of the Year. Congrats Carol - we sure are glad you are a part of PWoW!
Jerri Jones, Executive Director of the Williamson County Childrens Advocacy Center, also received an award for her hard work and dedication to the abused and battered children of Williamson County. Jerri will be retiring soon (again!), but we know she'll still be around and involved. Thanks for your hard work Jerri!

 The Anunciation Maternity Home is having a "Day of Help" on Monday November 24, 2008 from 9am to 12pm. They are remodeling their main resident house and are looking for individuals and/or groups to help paint the trim in the residence. The Williamson County Children's Advocacy Center has announced its Open House Schedule for 2008. Every Thursday from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and every second Sunday from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, you can go by and visit the Center. Feel free to take by a donation!

Marcy Urban of Urban Homes and Land and Megan DiMartino of Novita Spa on the Square are participants in Georgetown's First Friday event which the first Friday of every month from 5:30 - 7:30. Designed to help increase activity in the Square, vendors and merchants stay open late and sometimes provide refreshments to entice people to visit downtown Georgetown. They invite all PWoW members to stop by for food, fun, gifts, and friendship!
