Heidi Garbo

Heidi Garbo, a lover of the ocean and the fresh catch of the day, will join us for our celebratory annual women's scholarship lunch. She is the owner of Garbo's restaurant and will share her journey from food truck to an expansive restaurant as she followed her dream while navigating the industry. She kept her eye on serving us a taste of the North East seafood with her famous lobster rolls and Del's Lemonade. We can't wait to share her with you!
