Dr. Lindsie O’Neill Almquist

Senior Director of Human Resources, Clark Land Resources

Dr. Lindsie O’Neill Almquist proudly led, empowered, and served in public education as an Educator, Assistant Principal, Elementary, Middle, & High School Principal, Human Capital Director & Executive Director/Area Superintendent. She served as the Chief Culture Officer of Coppera and served as the President of Craftsman Center, a non-profit trades school. She currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources for Clark Land Resources. She is an Adjunct Professor, Executive Coach, Public Speaker, Mentor, Advisory Board member and leads her church’s Personnel Team. She’s an honored co-author of The Impact of Influence Volumes 5, 6 and most recently X as well as It’s Not About Me. She attended Texas A&M, Texas State & then attended The University of Texas where she graduated with her Doctorate in Educational Leadership & Policy within two years. She was the Region 13 Texas Association of Secondary School Principals (TASSP) Principal of the Year in 2018. She was the proud inaugural President of The Council of Women School Executives (TCWSE) in Region 13. Dr. Almquist loves spending time with her precious husband & their sweet Irish twins.
